User Agreement
This Agreement governs your use of materials and services for users of mobile applications, «Truth or dare» (hereinafter — «Application»).
1. The terms used in this Agreement
Application — mobile entertainment application «Truth or action», located at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rusdev.pid
Task — a text description of the action or question that used in gameplay.
2. General conditions
2.1. This Agreement is a public offer. Getting access to the user’s application is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.
2.2. The application developer has the right at any time to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. These changes take effect at the end of three (3) days after posting the new version of the Agreement on the website. In case of disagreement User amended it must refuse access to the application, to terminate the use of materials and application services.
3. Obligations of the User
3.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered to violate the law or the rules of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyrights and / or related rights, as well as any action that results or may result in malfunction of the Application.
3.2. The use of materials without the consent of Application’s holders is not allowed.
3.3. You agree that the application developer is not responsible and has no direct or indirect liability to the User in connection with any possible or arising loss or damage associated with any content of the Application. Application developers are not responsible for damage caused during use of the application user.
3.4. The user takes the position that all the materials and services of the application or any portion thereof may be accompanied by advertising. You agree that the application developer does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
4. Other conditions
4.1 The developer has the right to store, modify, and use all the Tasks that have been added by the user in the settings section.
The user acknowledges that he is familiar with all the items of this Agreement and accepts them unconditionally.
